Our Team
Pinnacle Mental Health PLLC is a Nashua, New Hampshire practice providing psychiatric care and therapy for teens, adults, and families. While services extend all over the USA via telehealth, our home base is a dedicated office where you can meet with us in person or even connect via telehealth.
The practice is led by Janet Baidoo, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With fifteen years of experience, she remains very keen on thorough psychiatric evaluation to form an accurate diagnosis for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. This leads to personalized medication management when it is part of your plan and evidence-based therapy.
Treatment begins by listening. Your initial evaluation is a detailed conversation about your history, concerns, and what you want for yourself. From there, your path might include structured CBT for thought patterns, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, or supportive counseling. Often, it combines therapy with medication.
This work is supported by a team approach, grounded in cultural sensitivity and a practical understanding of how life experiences, including trauma, affect well-being.
How We Approach Care
We believe effective mental health care is built on a clear understanding, a genuine partnership, and respect for your individual experience. This translates into a few specific commitments:
Your story directs the plan.
Our treatment here is not a standard formula. It is a thoughtful response to your specific history, current challenges, and your vision of a fulfilling life.
You are the central part of the process.
We build your treatment plan with you. Your preferences, lifestyle, and insights are essential for creating a strategy that works and lasts.
We create a space for dialogue.
We focus on making sure you feel heard without judgment. Through active listening and cultural awareness, we build a conducive environment where you can share your perspective and story without feeling judged.
We see your health as connected.
Lasting wellness involves the whole person. We integrate medication, therapy, and practical lifestyle guidance to support more than symptom relief—we aim for sustainable well-being.
Together with her team, Janet Baidoo works with you to create a coherent plan. The goal is to establish a stable foundation for your daily life and help you move forward.
